Keith Goyden has been a bread baker for 30+ years and when not up to his elbows in dough in his microbakery, pão chatola, he researches traditional landrace grains and our food and grain systems.
Anamika Das
Anamika Das is the Agriculture Head at Kilmora, a grassroots organization in Uttarakhand and is focused on creating value-added products, increasing shelf life of fresh produce, and boosting livelihoods in the region.
Mayank Gupta
Mayank Gupta is the Founder of Miche Artisan Bakery, Delhi. He champions locally grown grains for healthy, delicious baked goods while upholding the highest sustainability and quality standards.
